Christensen Overall I liked this book for what it was – a how-to for those new to the EdTech Leadership roles in our districts. If you are in charge of, or part of, a IT team at the K-12 level, I absolutely recommend giving this book a read. Daugherty covers an enormous range of practical tips and strategies for modernizing your team and creating a forward-thinking organization. It's a quick read, but it packs a punch, and every page is full of ideas and examples based on Daugherty's experience in the field.
