The way that Malcolm and Cilia interacted with each other from the start was just simply amazing. The fact that Cilia bonded with his family especially his children, even when major problems aroused they worked though it, and she was able to continue the relationship with the twins and to me it became stronger. Even though they both had baggage, I feel (one definitely more than the other) they were honest to a fault. You don't find that in a man these days, you usually have to drag it out of him piece by piece, but Malcolm let it all hang out.Now my girl Cilia showed that she was a ride or die chick, a lot of women would have said hell no, in certain situations she just grab her man and held on, and I said go on now!!! Now that ex-wife that's a whole different story, she was a hot mess. I understood Malcolm's point for things he did, and Cilia's point also but I may not have done all that she did, but some for my man. The daughter's acted the way that teenager's will act, that twin bond is deep. That mother if you can call her that, I don't have much to say because I don't want to give the main any of the story line away. Loved the fact that as their stepmother to be, she felt that they were her daughter's no step, also what they came up with to call her mi-mi cute and special.In closing this was a excellent read, I encourage you to by it and sit back and enjoy!! I hope maybe we get one more book for Cilia's best friend, that would be real nice. As all her books to me Deborah Fletcher Mello has hit gold again.

A beautiful romance blooms between Cilla and Malcolm. She becomes a helluva shero to his hero in this dramatic, thrilling, well written page turner. Modern day ills that threaten families and children are addressed insightfully and solved within reason. Therefore, this 5 star read is a believable , thought provoking romance that you should one click today.
