About the Author Chris Cook is a current command level officer at a large police agency. He is a certified law enforcement and corrections officer in the state of Florida. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration Management with a minor in Marketing from Florida Atlantic University. He also has a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Nova Southeastern University. He is a graduate of the United States Army’s Basic Leadership Course, Primary Leadership Development Course, and Basic Non-Commissioned Officers’ Course. He is also a graduate of Broward County Sheriff’s Office’s Supervisory Leadership Course. He is certified by the Florida Department of Law Enforcement as an instructor. Jonathan May Esq. is communications professor and attorney. He holds a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences degree in Speech Communication at the University of Illinois, a Master of Arts degree in Communication Studies at the University of Miami and a Doctor of Jurisprudence at Nova Southeastern University. He has taught communications at Nova Southeastern University, Keiser University, Keiser Career College, Praxis Institute, Everest Institute and Miami Dade College.
