By julieb I wish this book had been available when I first started teaching/training. It is concise and user-friendly with many practical and tried and tested theories for a variety of situations which I recall only to well during those first few daunting weeks. A confident teacher/trainer inspires and motivates, inspired and motivated students bring success and rewards - the sooner the better. Add this book to your toolkit right from the start.
