He is so immersed with staying fit, losing weight managements in the fitness industry. It's so nice to read the benefits of exercise in the body. I am so inspired reading Chapter 3 about Mental Motivation for Exercising. It's so motivating and inspiring. You will also be guided whether to do Resistance training first or Cardio training. I actually want to build more muscles and find this book very helpful. I recommend this book to everyone who exercises, who wants to lose weight and aims to have beautiful tone body.
