He draws upon his experiences and humor to illustrate tried and true leadership approaches. Overall, this is a quick read that provides valuable guidance on how to be an impactful leader with a spine and a heart.

By Amazon Customer This is an excellent book, wonderfully written and easy to understand. I have read many books on leadership and this one I believe is essential to a home library. It is helpful and meaningful and it will boost your leadership skills with easy to learn lessons. Dr. Zugelder has a wealth of experience that he has drawn upon and he has put it into a short and concise book of lessons. I have given a copy of this book to my high school and college aged children because I feel it contains lessons that will last them a lifetime. Just give it a read and you'll know what I am talking about. It is a great book and one you will be excited to share with others. 5/5
