The author did an amazing job making a learning book one that kids and adults will enjoy reading. The author covers a variety of topics explaining the rich and diverse country. India is the seventh largest country in the world and visitors have so much to see. This is a great book for children to further their education about places they may some day visit and everyone will find this book handy if they are planning a vacation to the area. After reading this informative book you will fell like India is a must go to destination.Shalu Sharma knows so much about not only the area today but also its' rich past and I have to say Dhanevad (thank-you) to her for sharing her wisdom and insights about an amazing place.

Allan All About India is much more than just a children's book; it is a lesson in both history and humanity overall. I believe that in today's age, that teaching children about "stereotyping" at an early age aids not only in developing a more informed belief system, it allows a young person to understand that just because cultural differences may be in place, it just adds a type charm in discovering those differences worldwide.Although this book is written in only 69 pages; do not let this fool you. This book is packed with interesting facts and pictures from cover to cover and is truly an interesting read for anyone and at any age. Very well written.

It includes culture, history, and important historical figures, geography, languages and a bunch more. In the back is even a quiz. As a teacher I love the quiz because it’s something the child and parent can do together to review the book. Great read and very informative.
