Everyone is hiding something. This book has so many twists and turns.If you like crazy characters, you will love this book.Charlie think she is married to the perfect man living the perfect life.Kesha has had it with her boyfriend, Darnel. She is finally fed up with him and ready to leave and get on with her life. Darnel isn’t willing to let go so easily.Lake has just given birth to her first child with her boyfriend Greg. She thinks a proposal is coming next. Greg’s sudden distance and disappearing acts has her wondering what is really going on.The characters were well developed.The story line is just great. The ending left me in awe.This is a great book! It is definitely a page turner that you will want to keep reading.

I love when an author uses their creative writing skills; to create characters and settings that anyone can relate to. Also, there wasn't no fairy tale ending. The ending was based on reality. It was sad that Charlie lost someone dear and true to her heart. Kesha is a survivor. Lake, fell though the cracks; things could of turned out better for her. Another, thing I appreciate about the this author and Tarreka Allen is; that they are writing about an issue that is ignored in the minority community. Mental illness. In closing, if anyone wants to read a novel that is not based on drug lords, strippers, and about the streets. This novel is for you. I can't wait for the author next novel.

These three friends really went through some ish! I would have loved for the book to have an epilogue at the end but still gave it 5 stars because it is a definite page turner. It left me in tears. This is a must read...you will not be disappointed. There are so many OMG moments you will not want to put the book down.
