Building Relationships and Yielding Results By Amazon Customer Building Relationships , Yielding Results is a remarkable practitioners guide to not only building, but also maintaining relationships between a superintendent and school committee members. This book is valuable to aspiring superintendents, novice superintendents and veteran superintendents. It is also important knowledge for novice school committee members, and veteran school committee members. Although it is very credible from a theoretical perspective, its real power emerges from its practitioner roots. This book is flooded with real events that are analyzed and resolved from the perspective of practitioners. A Superintendent and school committee members can become a high performing team, and build high performing teams of teachers, parents, and community members using knowledge delivered within this well written book. This book should be included as a foundational reading for courses designed to develop education executives and policy makers. My only disappointment regarding this exceptional book is that it is not included within the Kindle, e-book library. Thank you Julie Hackett for writing this book.
