By Dorothea Creamer I am happy that the Author Tranay Adams gave more insight into Fearless from the Devil Wears Timbs Series, which is also a great series. I know now why the Author calls himself the Ink Pen Pimp, it's because he is lethal with his style of writing. The Author knows how to make you feel like you are in direct contact with his characters and their situations and their environment it just pops right off the pages like your watching a movie he even write in the sound effects. I don't know what it takes to get on the New York Bestseller list but this author is definitely headed in that direction. I was captivated from the beginning to end reading this book it only took me one day because I just couldn't put it down. So much was happening starting with his relationship with his Father and Mother which gives you a better insight why he do some of the things that he do. Then there's his relationship with Italia who is his soul mate which shows you another side to the Drug Dealer who's also a Killer. Then there is his twin Cousins one of whom is a complete psychopath that do some horrendous things that will leave you speechless. Then there's Big Sexy and Broli who Fearless needs to get rid of asap. I can't wait to get my hands on part 2 of "Fearless The Long Kiss Good Night". To see how things going to turn out for Big Sexy and Broli. I recommend this book because it is a great read.

Now about the storyline. This has got to be one of the most confusing books I have read in a while. It started off at a slow pace. You never really got the background on Fear. It’s like he just woke up and wanted to be a gangsta. It took me a minute to realize the scheme of the stories was going from past tense to present tense. The flow was a bit off. I felt like just when things were starting to make sense and you were drawn in, the rug got swept from under you and you were back to square one like huh. Now don’t get me wrong, it wasn’t a bad read, but it was too all over the place. I was not expecting it to end the way it did. I initially thought Fear was going to rob Hahn, not ask him to train him. But realistically speaking, in his condition, how thorough could it be. From the perception of the ending, I can almost vision part two. There was no real drama in this story. All rugged and gunplay. I think Tranay is an awesone writer, I just didn't get this one.

It was interesting to read about how it all started for Fear. This was a intersing book Fear was a good guy and he really did'nt have to be involved in the street life. It was something that he was drawn to,but he was still so much different than his cousins. I cant even blame him for turning the twins in that was some sick mess Wameek did to that lttle girl and his brother was gone just let it go. Fear was different he did have a heart. When it started getting to close to the ones he love he knew it was time for a change. I guess he under estmated Broli and his best friend even turned on him to save his own ass. Italia was loyal she was always there for Fear even when they wont a couple. They deserve to be happy together cant wait to see what happens in part 2.
