About the Author Christian Graffeuille has been using SAS since version 6.03 for PC-DOS was available. That's a while ago, and he has learnt a thing or two about how SAS works. He is a Mechanical Engineer by training and is always interested by what's happening under the hood. The combination of his curiosity for technology and experience with SAS has created a reasonably-sized database of knowledge that he is keen to share before senility inevitably erases it, one day!
