Lois is also registered in Animal Assisted Therapy and Computer Based Intervention. In addition to Apps for Autism, she has co-authored Speech in Action and Speak, Move, Play and Learn with Children on the Autism Spectrum. Currently she is researching and developing products to enhance communication. Lois is also an international presenter on technology and animal assisted therapy (high tech and low tech). I loved the first edition of this book when it came out, and in this second edition, Autism specialist, speech therapist, App developer (InnerVoice), and iPad evangelist extraordinaire Lois Brady has truly outdone herself! Excellent job! Lois deeply understands the time constraints, overwhelming choices, and myriad opportunities for teachable moments we all face when doing Autism intervention on the go; at home and in school. We have really needed her take on what's out there, and she totally delivers! This terrific book succinctly and sequentially provides both laymen and "techies" with up-to-date information, insights, and resources on how to integrate technology into treatment for better learning outcomes.
