Great addition to the White Pines series By paddlefoot1397 I have to say, after her appearance in her sister Audrey's book, I was not sure how Casey Tanner would be able to redeem herself. She did some pretty damn horrible stuff to her sister back then. But as we learn more of her backstory, while it doesn't forgive her for her actions, I understood them a lot more, and I have to admit I did soften to her a lot more than I thought I would.Casey hasn't had the easiest of lives, and to compensate for that, she lives by a rigid set of rules, and finds it hard to move out of her comfort zone.Enter sexy fireman Abe Cameron. Confirmed bachelor with a reputation around town. Until he meets Casey. There is an instant spark (see what I did there?!) between Abe and Casey that neither of them can deny. As much as Casey wants to fight the attraction, Abe brings out the fun, easy going side of her.As much as Every Little Kiss is a romance between Abe and Casey, I felt it was much more a story of Casey rediscovering herself.I adore the ladies of White Pine who are becoming firm friends with Casey - whether she realises it or not. The "Knots and Bolts" group are all so different but all complement each other so well.I have loved every visit to White Pine so far, and hope for many more visits in the future.

This book is amusing, when you first meet Abe and the way he treated Casey you think “What a jerk.” By Itsy Bitsy Book Bits “All I want for Christmas…Five ways I want my tree lit this holiday.I want to start out being kissed under the mistletoe, but I want to finish with sex in bed.I want to be naughty, not nice, between the sheets.I want 12 orgasms from sex— one for each of the 12 days of Christmas.I want my stocking stuffed, repeatedly, on Christmas Day.I want toys wrapped with bows—that are all for adults.”In the book Every Little Kiss by Kim Amos, Casey Tanner is strong minded, Independent woman who shoulders everything by herself. But almost losing her younger sister, because of her stubbornness she decided to change. Joining a group called Knots & Bolts that her sister is also a part of, she set her sight on her goal of being less uptight. What she didn’t expect was five energetic women; including her sister, wanting to know about her sex life. Not like there was much to tell anyway, since it’s been a very long time. But Casey has a list, five things to be exact, that she wants to lead up until Christmas. And she knows just who she wants to complete her list with, Abe Cameron.“His teeth bit her skin, his hand crashed against her. “I will make you come,” he said, his lips right up against her ear, his rock-hard shaft grinding against her bare thigh. “I’ll make you come so hard you forget where you are. And you won’t know what to do with it on your list.”Abe know what he wants, and he never had a problem getting what he wanted. But what Casey wants from him is something he doesn’t want. Casey wants a no string attach relationship, if you even call it that. Abe who is known as Nighty-Eyed; which means none of his relationships last longer than nighty days, wanted more than that. He wanted to be with her for more than nighty days, and just when he thinks he found the one, she doesn’t want anything more than physical attraction. Will Abe accept the list that Casey presented to him, or will he demand more or nothing at all? This book is amusing, when you first meet Abe and the way he treated Casey you think “What a jerk.”. But going into the next few pages you realize that there’s more to him. I felt like this story was a little bit too fast, and that I would love to see more in depth of the two characters. I felt like once Casey presented the list to him, everything speeds up to an ending that leaves you longing for more.

Gotta Love Hot Firemen By ShanCol19 So...the book I just read right before this one has the same type of scenario that's in this book, and I have decided that I don't like that scenario. The scenario is when the main characters, or just one of the main characters decides that sex without any commitment is a good idea, and everyone will be totally happy with the situation, but of course they aren't because guess what! emotions are part of sex, so then problems arise. Also, why does every guy need to sleep with tons of women! Can't we just have a hot guy that doesn't need to have sex with a whole bunch of women; I guess not because it's in every dang book I read! Okay enough ranting. So, I tried to look past not enjoying the problem maker in this story, and I actually did enjoy the characters, so I still went with a 4 rating. I haven't read the previous books, which I've decided I like because this book is about Casey, and it seems that she wasn't very likable in the previous books, so it was good to not have preconceived notions about her, and I liked her. I do plan to read the previous books because I like the storylines for the previous 2 books, and I did mostly like Kim Amos' writing. I loved the way the characters meet in this book, I'm always down for hot firemen, and I did think they had some great chemistry, and the romance scenes had some spice. I did think it odd that Abe made such a turn around, and I did get frustrated with Casey because I feel like she needs more conviction. I liked Casey and her sister's relationship, and I like the other ladies in Casey's circle of friends; they have a fun dynamic, and add some humor to the story. I look forward to the previous books, and the future books, and hopefully we won't have anymore books with the sex with no strings storyline.
